RECENT CASE RESULTS
DUI Case
Client was arrested and charged with a felony DUI causing injury and blew a BAC of 0.83% and 0.94%. Client’s matter was reduced to a misdemeanor and then proceeded to a jury trial. At trial, client was found not guilty.
Felony Offense case
Client was arrested and charged for felony assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury while facing years in prison. After a great amount of litigation, client was convicted of a misdemeanor and received 30 days of community service.
Gun Charges case
Client was arrested for driving on a suspended license and carrying a loaded firearm. After a motion to suppress, it was determined that the gun was illegal found by the police and client was convicted of one infraction.
DUI Case
Client was arrested for a DUI and blew a BAC of 0.14% and 0.16%. After a motion to suppress, it was determined that client was illegal stopped and the matter was dismissed.
Gun Charges case
Client was charged with armed robbery and the discharge of a firearm with three other co-defendants. After two years of litigation, client avoided prison while all other co-defendants were sentenced to five or more years in prison.
DUI Case
Client was arrested at a DUI checkpoint and blew a BAC of 0.22%. After 2 Jury Trials, Client was found not guilty because the breath machine that was used was faulty.
